Return, Exchanges and Warrenty Policy
For exchanges, please follow the return policy below. You must return your item and re-purchase a new item.
We are very proud of our product and intern, we want you to be just as proud of the items you purchased. If for any reason, you are not happy with your item(s), you may return the item(s) within 30 days of its original purchase date.
In order for your item(s) to be a qualified return, the following conditions will apply; the product is not a customized product, it is still in the original packaging, with all tags attached, un-used and purchased within 30 days of a requested return. Byrdi™ golf product purchased via the official Byrdi™ golf company eCommerce site byrdigolf.ca may be return. Products that are purchased through our authorized dealers must be returned or exchanged through the dealer following their individual policies – You must contact the dealer directly.
Please note all items must be;
Unused and undamaged.
In the original packaging.

Byrdi™ golf does not accept returns outside of Byrdigolf.ca
Returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Returned through our customer service team.
Refunds are returned to the original method of payment.
Shipping costs associated with the original purchase are non-refundable.
Additional return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Byrdigolf.ca does not offer site, store, branded, credits or gift cards on returned items.
Once your return is approved by our customer service team, an authorization code will be emailed to you. You will be able to follow the few easy steps to process your pre-paid domestic return shipment via Canada Post. You can do this from the comfort of your own home, or if you prefer through your local post office.
When you ship your return, please note the following recommended guidelines;
Pack your item(s) securely to ensure there isn’t any damage during transit.
If possible, use the same shipping materials from your original purchase, but be sure to remove any previous shipping labels, prior to your return.
Place any related and requested paperwork inside with your item(s).
Attached your return label securely.
Follow the shipping provider direction to process and initiate your shipment.
Although we don’t recommend you do so, should you wish to use your own shipping provider, ensure the above mentioned steps are followed. Be sure to use a provider that allows tracking and tracing of your shipment. Any and all additional return shipping costs outside Byrdigolf.ca are non-refundable and the sole cost of the purchaser.
Request a Return Authorization Code
Before you contact our customer service team, ensure you have your order number ready. You can find this on the email you received confirming your purchase. You will also need the SKU of the item(s) you would like to return. This also can be found on the same email you received to confirm your purchase. Once you have these items, please click on the link to request your return authorization number.
In the subject line; place the word RETURN and your ORDER NUMBER.
Include in the body of the email the SKU(s) in which you wish to return and please provide a quick reason as to why you are requesting the return. Example: Too small, wrong colour, etc.
You will receive and email within 48 hours with your return authorization code and all relevant information to process the return.

Approved warranty items will be exchanged and must be requested separately through our Customer Service team. If approved Byrdi™ golf will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return of your eligible Byrdi™ product.
