Shipping Policy with in the United States of America 

United States of America - Free Shipping on all orders via Canad Post - Tracked Packet™. Shipping Lead times vary from 5-15 days.

All prices on byrdigolf.ca are currently shown in Canadian Dollars, inclusive of shipping rates and taxes. You will be charged your method of payments rate of exchange after you checkout. Please check with your method of payments rates. You may select to shop byrdigolf.com where all prices will be shown in US dollars, inclusive of shipping rates and taxes.

Upon Checkout you may select other shipping services should you have a preferred paid solution from Canada Post and UPS®. Your item(s) will ship within 24 hours of purchase.

You will be responsible for any additional associated duties and taxes on your products in accordance with local laws. Byrdi™ golf does not include associated duties and taxes within the shipping rates. Byrdi™ golf is unable to supply estimates on duties and taxes as rates vary by location. Please note that if you place an order online, you will be responsible for all duties, taxes and custom charges. If you then decide to refuse your order, you will still be responsible for charges incurred in shipping your items.

U.S. Returns & Exchanges

For international orders, return and exchange shipping costs are not covered by Byrdi™ golf. You will be responsible for associated costs. Please contact us at customerservice@byrdigolf.ca to begin your return or exchange process with UPS®.

Warranty (United States of America).

Approved warranty items will be exchanged and must be requested separately through our Customer Service team. If approved Byrdi™ golf will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return of your eligible Byrdi™ product.
